​Spiritual Direction is the practice of sacred, one-on-one conversation that nurtures awareness of and a response to the intimate presence of The Divine
in your every-day life and experience.
As explained on the Private Sessions Page, we simply set up an agreed date and time to work together.
During our time together we will discuss your area of concern and will couple this discussion with an intuitive reading of your energy system for insight and information. Working together to gain the insight, clarity and understanding you need, as will plot a course of action for you to help you gather the tools and make the shifts you need to move your life in new directions. These sessions are life-affirming, kind and to the point, and all about you and helping you move forward.
All you need to bring with you is a list of questions, an open mind and a good sense of humour.
All sessions are done in person,
and the utmost privacy and confidentiality is assured.
